Active Database Solutions, Inc. is currently looking for highly experienced Oracle professionals to augment its current staff. We offer our employees a very aggressive compensation and benefits package. In addition to an extremely competitive salary, our employees also receive several bonuses. These bonus packages are made up of a performance bonuses and a profit sharing bonus. The performance bonus' are based on mutually agreed upon goals as well as billed time and are paid out on a quarterly basis. The profit sharing bonus is based entirely on the profitability of the business and is paid out on a yearly basis. Additionally, all senior consultants and above receive stock options, which will vest out over a period of three years.
